Mirriam Eleanor Lowe is my Great Grandmother who went on to marry William Jabez Cole my Great Grandfather. They married Tuesday July 5th 1898. He is Publican/Resident at The
Roding Hotel, East Ham between 1912 & 1917. William Jabez Cole died on 22/07/1918, a newspaper cutting from a local newspaper shows the magistrate granting permission for his wife Mirriam Eleanor Cole to carry on with the business and had the license transferred to her name. ***
